NEXT STEPS........
1. Gather your passport, documents, and send them to us via UPS, DHL, or FEDEX. (We recommend a courier that allows you to track the package).
2. Once we receive your package, we will verify the documents and submit them to the appropriate Consulate. (Should we need any additional clarification or documents, you can be sure that we will contact you). | ||
A citizen of any of the East African Community Partner States (Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda) does not require a visa to travel to or through East Africa. Also note that East African citizens pay the same rates as locals in a given EAC country to access any tourist or accommodation facilities.

BUSINESS- US and Non-US Citizens

1. Valid and Signed Passport Passport must have one blank visa
page and be valid 6 months beyond stay. - Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visas |
2. Photographs
Two recent passport type photos, in color, on photo paper, front view and with a white background - Size 2x2 **do not staple the photo, we will glue it for you.

Letter from US Company or Organization- the signature must be original and the letter must be on company letterhead. - Nature of Business to be performed -Name and Address of your reference that will be visited -Dates of intended visit -Guarantee of return transportation and financial guarantee for the visit - Signed by an officer or manager(not to be signed by visa applicant) Download Sample:
