TOURIST- US and Non-US Citizens

1. Valid and Signed Passport Passport must have one blank visa page and be valid 6 months beyond stay.
- Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visas |

Two recent passport type photos, in color, on photo paper, front view and with a white background - Size 2x2

4. Travel Itinerary
Itinerary from your airline or travel agency indicating the following - Applicants Name - Dates of travel(to and from country) It is recommended that you do not purchase or confirm any tickets until the visa has been issued. |
5. Letter of Intent
A detailed letter addressed to the Embassy explaining the purpose of your trip. You must include the place where your will staying and areas to be visited. The signature must be original. Letter must be addressed to: Visa Section, Embassy of Bahrain-Washington DC | ||||

6. Financial Requirements
-In some circumstances evidence of sufficient funds may be required. Such request will be made by the Consulate. -You may send a copy of your bank statement as a supplement to your documents in order to avoid any delays. |

8. Non-US Citizen

-Applications for minors must be accompanied by a notarized letter of travel consent from BOTH parents and a photocopy of BOTH parents passports. |

Due to unexpected backlogs the Consulate may increase their processing time without notice. Certain nationalities or passport holders may result in additional processing time, this is determined by the Consulate.
