Itinerary from airline or travel agency indicating the following - Applicants Name- MANDATORY - Dates of travel(to and from country) It is recommended that tickets are not purchase or confirm any tickets until the visa has been issued. |
5. Hotel Confirmation
Hotel confirmation must include the names of all applicants.-MANDATORY -If staying at multiple locations, please provide a separate hotel confirmation for each. If staying with a friend or relative, please provide a detailed signed letter of invitation along with the copy of your hosts passport and/or China visa. If the friend or relative is a Chinese national, please include their ID copy. This invitation may be sent via email by scanning the documents. |

2. Once we receive the package, we will verify the documents and submit them to the appropriate Consulate. (Should we need any additional clarification or documents, you can be sure that we will contact you). |
**If you work for an NGO, Media Company, or Non-Profit, please note that a letter from your employer giving a full description of your job duties and purpose of your trip to China will be required. An expedited visa may not be available for you.

A letter of invitation from sponsor (either host company or individual) explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel. The letter must indicate the length of stay, place of stay, and contact information. - Letter must be addressed to the Embassy of China - Letter must be signed and must have the company seal OR Invitation known as a Visa Notification Form, from the PRC Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Due to unexpected backlogs the Consulate may increase their processing time without notice.
