- Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visas |

3. Visa Application Form
Two(2) visa applications must be sent - Applications not completed properly may cause a delay in the issuance of the visa and will be rejected. -Please do not leave any field blank and answer each question in detail - If a field is not applicable- put N/A or None Download Application here:

4. Travel Itinerary
Itinerary from your airline or travel agency indicating the following - Applicants Name - Dates of travel(to and from country) It is recommended that you do not purchase or confirm any tickets until the visa has been issued. |
5. Enjaz Registration
SC-Passport and Visa will process the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs Enjaz registration. You do not need to send additional documents for this registration. | ||||

6. Business Letter- US Entity
Letter from US Company or Organization- the signature must be original and the letter must be on company letterhead. - Nature of Business to be performed -Name and Address of your reference that will be visited -Dates of intended visit -Guarantee of return transportation and financial guarantee for the visit - Signed by an officer or manager(not to be signed by visa applicant) Download Sample: |
7. Declaration Form
Please sign and submit with the visa application.

8. Invitation
Your sponsor in Saudi Arabia must arrange an invitation approved by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The approval must be telexed to the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington DC. Please request a copy so that we can include it with the application. We will also need the invitation for the Enjaz Registration. |

10. Non-US Citizen
Please submit a clear copy of your green card or US Visa and copy of I-94 - B1/B2 US Tourist Visa is not a valid option - You may print the electronic version of your I-94 by following this link: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/ | ||||

1. Gather your passport, documents, and send them to us via UPS, DHL, or FEDEX. (We recommend a courier that allows you to track the package).
2. Once we receive your package, we will verify the documents and submit them to the appropriate Consulate. (Should we need any additional clarification or documents, you can be sure that we will contact you). |

- As a general rule, each Consulate has the right to request more documents or request an in-person interview. The validity of the visa is the sole discretion of the Consulate. Due to unexpected backlogs the Consulate may increase their processing time without notice. Certain nationalities or passport holders may result in additional processing time, this is determined by the Consulate.
