4. Travel Itinerary
Itinerary from your airline or travel agency indicating the following - Applicants Name - Dates of travel(to and from country) It is recommended that you do not purchase or confirm any tickets until the visa has been issued. |
5. Letter of Intent
Applicants applying for a Tourist or Private Visit Visa must supply a Letter of Introduction addressed to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Kazakhstan. Please, indicate the purpose of your trip, your contact in Kazakhstan, the dates of your planned trip, and places to be visited. ***Private visit visa should be applied if staying in a private home** **INVITATION NOT REQUIRED FOR A SINGLE ENTRY VISA FOR A STAY OF UP TO 30 DAYS** | ||||

9. Minors
In addition to the requirements: A copy of the parents passport's A copy of the child's birth certificate If only one parent is traveling to Kazakhstan, a letter from one of the child's parents stating non-objection to the child's other parent taking him/her to Kazakhstan. |

Letter from US Company or Organization- the signature must be original and the letter must be on company letterhead. - Nature of Business to be performed -Name and Address of your reference that will be visited -Dates of intended visit -Guarantee of return transportation and financial guarantee for the visit - Signed by an officer or manager(not to be signed by visa applicant) Download Sample:

5. Invitation Letter
A letter of invitation from sponsor (either host company or individual) explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel AND approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kazakhstan. The letter must indicate the length of stay, place of stay, and contact information. **INVITATION NOT REQUIRED FOR A SINGLE ENTRY VISA FOR A STAY OF UP TO 30 DAYS**

Due to unexpected backlogs the Consulate may increase their processing time without notice. Certain nationalities or passport holders may result in additional processing time, this is determined by the Consulate.
