NEXT STEPS........
1. Gather your passport, documents, and send them to us via UPS, DHL, or FEDEX. (We recommend a courier that allows you to track the package).
2. Once we receive your package, we will verify the documents and submit them to the appropriate Consulate. (Should we need any additional clarification or documents, you can be sure that we will contact you). |

There are regions of Indonesia which are restricted to foreigners without written permission of Indonesian authorities. Those wishing to enter must obtain a permit or authorization from the Department of Foreign Affairs in Jakarta. These regions are: Maluku, Poso, Irian Jaya, and Aceh. Those visiting Aceh for work or activities related to the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Agency(BRR) must have authorization from BRR before applying for the visa.
A visa is not required to visit Indonesia for a stay of up to 30 days and entering at designated international airports.

Letter from US Company or Organization- the signature must be original and the letter must be on company letterhead. - Nature of Business to be performed -Name and Address of your reference that will be visited -Dates of intended visit -Guarantee of return transportation and financial guarantee for the visit - Signed by an officer or manager(not to be signed by visa applicant) Download Sample:

5. Invitation Letter- Only needed if applying for multiple entries.
A letter of invitation from sponsor (either host company or individual) explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel. The letter must indicate the length of stay, place of stay, and contact information. Multiple entries will be granted if an Indonesian visa was issued in the past. Please attach copy of previous visa and information page if the visa is on a different or expired passport. .

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- US Citizens can usually obtain visa upon arrival in the airport. Please reconfirm with your travel agent, some airlines require passengers to have a valid visa prior to departure and will not allow passenger to board the plane.
- As a general rule, each Consulate has the right to request more documents or request an in-person interview. The validity of the visa is the sole discretion of the Consulate. Due to unexpected backlogs the Consulate may increase their processing time without notice. Certain nationalities or passport holders may result in additional processing time, this is determined by the Consulate.
