Letter of Invitation
As of December 1st, 2014, any invitation or letter of support issued by an individual residing in the Democratic Republic of the Congo must be duly NOTARIZED by an assigned PUBLIC NOTARY, whose signature is then ENDORSED by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Francophone(Kinshasa).For Invitations or letter of support sent by someone from provinces in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, once NOTARIZED, the letter of invitation/support must also be validates by a subsidiary office (Centre de Capture) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Francophonie in that province(Kinshasa).

Non-US Citizen
Please submit a clear copy of your green card or US Visa and copy of I-94 - B1/B2 US Tourist Visa is not a valid option - You may print the electronic version of your I-94 by following this link: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/ |
Minors
Copy of birth certificate. Applicants under age 18 who are not traveling with both parents or legal guardian must provide a notarized letter of consent signed by the non-accompanying parent(s) or guardian authorizing the consulate to issue a visa to the minor. |
