NON-US CITIZENS
1. Proof of US Status A Photocopy of Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid U.S. visa and I-94 is required. Travelers who entered the USA after April 26th 2013 should print the electronic I-94 form from the Department of Homeland Security. |
2.Valid and Signed Passport
Passport must have two blank visa pages and be valid 6 months beyond stay. - Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visas |

6. Letter of Invitation
A letter of invitation from Bulgarian host (on standard form, provided by the local authorities) |
7. Power of Attorney
A Power of Attorney letter is required allowing SC Passport and Visa to pick up your passport from the Bulgarian Embassy. |
8. Medical Insurance
Provide copy of Medical Insurance policy with coverage of at least $5000.00 valid in Bulgaria. |

Itinerary from your airline or travel agency indicating the following - Applicants Name - Dates of travel(to and from country) It is recommended that you do not purchase or confirm any tickets until the visa has been issued. |
6. Business Letter- US Entity
A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Bulgaria, Visa Section, Washington DC - Nature of Business to be performed -Name and Address of your reference that will be visited -Dates of intended visit -Guarantee of return transportation and financial guarantee for the visit |

NEXT STEPS..........
1. Gather your passport,
documents, and send them to us via UPS, DHL, or FEDEX. (We recommend a courier that allows you to track the package). 2. Once we receive your package, we will verify the documents and submit them to the appropriate Consulate. (Should we need any additional clarification or documents, you can be sure that we will contact you). |
