TOURIST- US and Non-US Citizens

1. Valid and Signed Passport Passport must have two blank side by side visa pages and be valid 6 months beyond stay.
- Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visas PASSPORTS MUST HAVE 2 SIDE BY SIDE AND BACK TO BACK BLANK VISA PAGES- NO EXCEPTIONS PASSPORTS MUST BE SIGNED- NO EXCEPTIONS |
2. Photographs
Two recent passport type photos, in color, on photo paper, front view and with a white background - Size 2x2

3. Visa Application Form
Must be typed- HANDWRITTEN forms will not be accepted - Applications not completed properly may cause a delay in the issuance of the visa - If a field is not applicable- put N/A or None As of April 3, 2015. Application must be notarized on the 2nd paged near the applicants signature Download Application here:

4. Travel Itinerary
Itinerary from your airline or travel agency indicating the following - Applicants Name - Dates of travel(to and from country) It is recommended that you do not purchase or confirm any tickets until the visa has been issued. |
5. Letter of Intent
A detailed letter addressed to the Embassy explaining the purpose of your trip. You must include the place where your will staying and areas to be visited. The signature must be original. | ||||

8. Non-US Citizen
Please submit a clear copy of your green card or US Visa and copy of I-94 - B1/B2 US Tourist Visa is not a valid option - You may print the electronic version of your I-94 by following this link: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/ |

NEXT STEPS........
1. Gather your passport, documents, and send them to us via UPS, DHL, or FEDEX. (We recommend a courier that allows you to track the package).
2. Once we receive your package, we will verify the documents and submit them to the appropriate Consulate. (Should we need any additional clarification or documents, you can be sure that we will contact you). | ||

Letter from US Company or Organization- the signature must be original and the letter must be on company letterhead. - Nature of Business to be performed -Name and Address of your reference that will be visited -Dates of intended visit -Guarantee of return transportation and financial guarantee for the visit - Signed by an officer or manager(not to be signed by visa applicant) Download Sample:

Due to unexpected backlogs the Consulate may increase their processing time without notice. Certain nationalities or passport holders may result in additional processing time, this is determined by the Consulate. SC-Passport and Visa is not responsible for delays resulting in Consulate matters.
